A non-refundable deposit of 20% payable of total
rental must be made when booking. |

The remaining 80% of the rental cost must be paid
in full a minimum of 4 weeks before rental date. |

A security deposit of £100 will also be
required, payable with the remaining 80% of the
rental cost. This sum will be returned within 10
days of your return, minus any charges for breakages,
lost keys etc. You will be notified of these charges
prior to your refund, if any. |

A booking package will be posted to you with directions
& map to locate the property, one set of keys,
and information on operating appliances. |
| 5. |
All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday –
check in time is 16.00pm, check out time is 10.00am.
Weekday arrivals can be accommodated if possible.

Prices include all bed linen, bath/hand towels
(not for beach use) and weekly linen change. |

No pets allowed. |
